English Language Course for Teachers and Staff

This English language course is specifically designed for teachers and educational staff seeking to improve their English language skills in a professional context. The course combines classroom learning with practical application through a carefully planned field trip in Portugal, allowing participants to practice their English skills in authentic settings while experiencing Portuguese culture and educational environments.

▪ Knowing each other: question and answer exercise

Day three: Educational Vocabulary and Communication
▪ School systems vocabulary through comparison games
▪ Subject-specific terminology bingo
▪ Role-play: Parent-teacher conferences

Day four: Teaching Methodologies
▪ Describing teaching approaches through picture prompts
▪ Explaining activities and assignments: Short presentations

Day five: Digital Education
▪ Technology in education vocabulary escape room
▪ Explaining online tools and platforms through demonstrations
▪ Troubleshooting technical issues role-play
▪ Creating a short tutorial video in English

Day six: Cultural-Educational Experience
▪ English-guided tour focusing on the educational and historical aspects
▪ Interactive tasks requiring English communication with locals

Day six: Cultural Insights and Real-Life Applications
▪ A day in the city: real life communication
▪ AI use in daily life situations

Day seven: Course Wrap-up

Certification
▪ All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. Additionally, an Europass Mobility Certificate can be issued upon request.
▪ Our courses are developed and delivered in full compliance with the Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1.
▪ We also provide support to participants in completing Learning Agreements and any other necessary documentation required by their organization.

Costs and Erasmus+ funds (The cost can be funded by Erasmus+ programme KA1 mobility of staff)

Course fee: 560 €

The amount includes preparation for the course, training, training materials and organizational costs, coffee breaks and a guided tour.
