JOB SHADOWING

Come to charming Setúbal and take part in our job shadowing experiences. Thanks to our strong network of local schools, you will have the chance to observe and learn from their excellent practices. This is a structured professional development activity where participants observe experienced professionals in their daily work environment. This immersive learning experience allows participants to gain first-hand insight into work practices, methodologies, and professional environments different from their own. In the context of the Erasmus+ programme, job shadowing enables educational staff to spend time in a partner institution abroad, observing colleagues and exchanging knowledge through direct observation and professional dialogue.

Our job shadowing experience provides:
